Process

• A complaint is received.
• The person against whom the complaint is directed (defendant) is allowed to submit a report on the content of the complaint.
• The person who complained (plaintiff) is allowed to respond to the defendant's report.
• The defendant is allowed to comment on the plaintiff's response.
• Case taken for decision.

The Lawyers' Disciplinary Committee meets monthly, except in July and August.
